Hey another ELMONT girl doing good for herself, my friend and alumni, Lauren Calarco-Zummo From the class of "85, recently opened Prana Pilates and Yoga studio in St. James. With her partner Nicole they have created a warm, and highly relaxing atmosphere that speaks to your body and soul. Featuring "state of the art" pilates eqipment, a yoga meditation room, massages, and babysitting the studio offers all the anemities your looking for. Lets talk logo and decoration, thats where yours truly comes in, I designed a logo using the colors Lauren and Nicole suggested, and then did some decorative painting through-out the studio to create some visual pizazz!
